Street photography classic / Nikon S-2

Image
Shot in Chinatown in Manhattan with my beloved S-2, the Nikkor 35mm f 3.5 and my trusted Tr-X. This scene depicts an outdoor shoe repair man. A while-you-wait repair shop of sorts.

Wine Cellar

Image
This is the wine cellar of the Castello da Verrazzano winery in Greve in Chianti, Tuscany. They have been making fine wines here for over one thousand years and is where Giovanni da Verrazzano was born. It is a lovely castle and a wonderful place to lodge, eat and savor the Chianti Classici that are produced. Located beetwen Florence and Siena, it's definitively worth a visit when in Tuscany.
