Have a great and safe weekend

Tough guy

Image
This man whose look says don't mess with me was standing outside his door in San Gimignano, Tuscany. He knew I was shooting because I always use normal to wide angle lenses for street photography. It's just dishonest and cowardly. I want to think that he pose this way on purpose.

What a beautiful garden

Image
I have stated many times previously that for me, this is one of the most beautiful places around and certainly the best botanic garden in New York City. It is large but not as large as the one in the Bronx and is easily accessible. It's size affords the ability to see it all in one trip. A must see place but alas it's closed because of this infernal pandemic. These images are of lotuses that abound in the two large outdoor pools.

I just wish

A yacht pier in Newport Rhode Island. A beautiful craft but a little outside my disposable income budget.

The alley

Image
There's nothing more American that the back alley that is popular in the North East and very much so in small town in Pennsylvania. I fine them fascinating.

Woman with flowers

Image
This photo from the mid seventies depicts a woman waiting for a ride after she had attended a matinee event at the Plaza Hotel. Obviously she had won the table centerpiece. I find the whole situation fascinating. Obviously she is not very happy. I love her outfit and her hairdo. Street photography is wonderful.

Have a great week
