Back to the ranch / E PL-2

Upon my arrival, I returned to my friend's "horse ranch." Of course I'm using the term loosely as this is very small compared to American ranches. It must be understood that here in Sicily, land is measured in square meters it is that expensive. I like the face of the man who tends the horses so I took a few shota that I want to share.

This imposing mountain eleven hundred meters high. is the tallest in western Sicily. It is absolutely gorgeous and imposing. Shot on a sunny winter day that for all intents and purposes could

have been a spring one.

Great photos by Marcy / Canon G-9

What can I say, my wife Marcy can take great photos using a point and shoot. Not any point and shot, however, but the superb G-9. These were shot at thePlanting Fields Arboretum on

Long Island.
