This is not an April fool joke

However it can be because this very strange home in The Bronx looks like a joke. It's a monument to bad taste that abounds these days of low sophistication and high ostentation. These images wee shot by my very talented wife, Marcy with a Nikon point and shoot camera.

Granarolo many years ago

This lovely hamlet is located on a mountain overlooking Genoa. It is quaint and in 1969 whwùen these shots were made, it was rather desolate. Today it's rather chic and full of people. The camera was my original Yashicamat 124 and the film was Ansco Pan.

Rome, the EUR

The EUR was to be an European exhibition but the outbreak of world war II never saw this project completed. Nevertheless, there are several superb buildings that are absolutely timeless in their modernity and have no fascist vestiges. It is also one of the premier neighborhoods of Rome because of the post war building of residential apartments. It is a must visit to anyone going to Rome. This image of the sunset shows silhouettes of some of the buildings in the background.

Torre Molinas, Spain

This tourist site is located on the Spanish riviera and is very close to Malaga. It is an area of winter living for many northern Europeans. However, it does have many charms.
