Classic scans
These two shots were taken in down town Brooklyn in 1975. My wife was due to give birth and I tried to hide my nervousness and my uncertainties by taking many photos. These are two late day Kodachromes that I treasure. One was converted to Black and white, obviously-

Agrigento, long ago
These images date from 1972 and are from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento [Agrakas] Sicily. They were taken with a Canon FT and with Kodachrome film. No photo shop tricks used then or now on these images. I wonder where the little girl who was part of a wedding party is today. She is most likely a grand mother. Photography is funny that way.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
