Folk band drummer
This candid shot is of a Sicilian folk band drummer taking a break after a parade along the main street or corso in Castellammare del Golfo during the main feast held yearly from the 19th to the 21st of August in honor of the Madonna del Soccorso, the patron of the town.
The USS Constitution
This historic tall ship, properly restored and well maintained, is docked at Old Baltimore Harbor. This is a very nice place to visit and to enjoy those great crabs.
Good old black and white
The only thing I miss in this digital age is the ability to output a good black and white image. Printers just cannot hold a candle to what came out of a tray of Dektol. Simple composition
Images are everywhere but one must be careful to avoid the trite or silly in the effort to compose. This simple shot proves the point.
