Have a delicious weekend

A spring Saturday on the North Fork

The North Fork of Long Island has become a very chic place/ It's main attractions are the many vineyards that produce what I consider to be very high quality wines. I realize that this point of view is somewhat cotroversial because many who pretend to be experts will simply dismissed them as OK. To each his own, The place is teeming with pleasant activities and is a v]wonderful venue. I just love it.

Sicilian neighbors

Even if I sound somewhat partisan, I believe that the people in Sicily are the most friendly and welcoming of all of Italy a country well known for its receptiveness. These are images of my neighbors who have become good friends and are always ready to lend a hand when I have an arduous task to complete. Sadly, the gentleman pictured with is wife "uncle Giuseppe" as he was affectionately known passed away. When he still tended his vegetable garden, he gave me lots of excellent produce.

For those who have deep pockets

Dell's  new 8K monitor goes on sale in March for $5000. If you need this kind of sharpness and resolution go for it.

The Highline

This was an old elevated rail road line that mainly brought carcasses ti the meat cutting district in lower Manhattan. The area became gentrified and the elevated line was turned into a lovely venue that offers wonderful vistas. Theseshots are shot on a very hot summer afternoon.
