There are very few building that typify New York as the Flat Iron. It is a wonderful structure that has stood the test of time. I cannot stop photographing it.

These are some of the dishes I usually prepare there; all fresh and delicious mostly vegetarian. The food alone is worth ll the aggravations that traveling today brings.
