Rocco Galatioto, nice photos and good food

T his Tri/X Pan image was shot back in 1972 with a Nikonos II with the 35 mm F 2.5 UW Nikkor. I think it's lovely.

I love this shot ot Adirondack chairs in the snow. It was shot in then  north fork of Long Island in wintertime.

This hilltop town in Umbria, Italy has fascinated millions of visitors and remains one of the most important tourist destination in Italy. Many come for religious reasons because this was where Saint Francis of Assisi came from. Although the main streets are full of sightseers one can still find peace and tranquillity off the beaten track. The food is of course heavenly.

Naples is a most fascinating city, a human laboratory where one can smell the real espresso and the food  while you hear the people sing and carry on all at the same time. It always gives you a surprise or two. I have been there many times but these images of 30 years ago appeal to me the most. They were taken with a Leica M4 with the 35mm Summicron F2 and of course Kodak Tri-X Pan.
