Archival travel shots
These two images shot in Kyoto, Japan, date from June of 1971 ans were shot with the Canon FT and the Canon 50mm F 1.4 FL lens. The film was Fuji 200 B&W that I was trying out. It never was as good as Tri-X.

Santa is on his way
This Santa is a NYC fire fighter and the presents were all supplied by the fire house in Astoria Queens. It's a yearly event. Santa arrives on a fire truck. Just wonderful. I just love this image.
With winter here, can spring be far behind?
With ineluctable punctuality, winter has arrived. Too bad, really too bad. Now a period of nasty weather underscored by snow. sleet, rain and freezing cold is upon us. Let's try to make the best of it. What choice do we have.
