Keep cool

Sometimes you nail it

Image
This is one of my best attempts. It was shot on Fuji 400 color negative film and the event was a graduation ceremony of sorts in a senior center of one of my clients. Everything works in this image and I love it.

the mystique of mediom format black and white

Image
Black and white has a certain mystique, a certain aura. It's because it is very graphic and shoes the essentials of an image. It is like radio as opposed to TV or movies. When one uses medium format the graphic nature increases because of the almost unreal sharpness. These images were shot with a Mamyia 654 and Tri-X Pan professional.

Newport R.I.

Image
This is a very busy and fun place to visit and enjoy. The food is also great. Here  are views of a very colorful store window.

Views from The High Line

Image
The High Line is one of New York's success stories. An abandoned elevated rail road once used to bring in carcasses to the meat packing district on the lower west side, was converted into a superb venue in which people can enjoy themselves for free. Just wonderful.

Enjoy your Sunday
