Darling you look wonderful
Scenes from the old flea market that in the seventies used to be held on Sundays in a parking lot on Sixth Avenue and 27th Street. Today, real estate is so expensive that such parking lots are a thing of the past. Ant it ha been a long time since these images were made.
Old mill
These two images date from 1972 Ektachromes and were shot in Westerly, Rhode Island. I'm amazed at the quality of the resultant scans. I really miss Kodak.
The way it looks at this time
In north eastern Pennsylvania spring arrives later but it's awaited arrival creates greater satisfaction. This is how things are at this time, This image was shot exactly 6 years ago but these woods are still the same.
It's always the light
This image has been posted before but it's worth another look. When it's late in the day, the light works it's magic and even the prosaic becomes interesting.
Something to start the new week
Back to Scopello, a fishing hamlet that is in the territory of my beloved Castellammare del Golfo. This photo dates from 1970. It was much less crowded then but the sea is still clean and wonderful. This Kodachrome was shot with a Canon FT and was scanned.
