Rocco Galatioto, nice photos and good food

A photo from way back. December of 1968, one of my first really nice image of my great friend Amedeo. Where does time go? Shot with the Canon Ft and the 50mm F1.4 Canon FL. I love the grain I got developing the Tri-X in d-76 1:1. Believe it or not digital is less noisy. or grainy. Consider that this was shot at ASA 400 it's very sharp. My hand were steadier then, I guess.

I do not know the details of this photo of my beloved, missed and irreplaceable MOOKIE. He was the ultimate dog. A true best friend and loyal companion. He will always live in my fond memories.

Once more to Venice and the 5D with that un appreciated 24-85 F3.5-4.5. great travel lens.

Where else but in the incomparable Brooklyn Botanic Garden can one go to lose winter's gloom. Here the D700 was paired with the 14mm F2.8 Nikkor.
