The Louvre museum's courtyard is a great space and is made extra special by the wonderful pyramid that has become a great tourist attraction. It's always fun to see how people interact and behave in this urban space. No one who goes to Paris should miss it. 

The National Gallery is one of Washington DC's real treasures. The collection is first rate, there are no crowds and it's free. The old building, where the more traditional art is housed is an Italianate structure built with great style. It's a very serious building architecturally. It's one of our favorite places to visit when in the capital.

These Adirondack chairs are on a lawn garden on the western side of the Delaware River in Pennsylvania. I am fascinated by them and they produce nice images.

Even in winter, the city offers glimpses of beauty. This is shot from the southern part of Central Park.

The green houses at the Planting fields Arboretum in Long Island are a true winter time paradise. They offer of an escape from winter and a glimpse at what paradise should be like. Spring will be here soon.
