One from Manhattan and one from Pennsylvania to show the magical colors of fall. Both shot with a Nikon D 200. 

The cmera has the ability to capture all sort of moods. Here in these three images taken a long time ago all on Tri X Pan shoe solitude and loneliness. The Sicilian Cuisine Blog: The Giarratana onion: perfect for stuffing and roasting

With fall making it's entrance, as usyal the blog takes on autumnal colors. Although fall leads to that dreadful winter season. it is full of colors, harvests, apple pies and other good things.

Sadly summer is ending fast. It's so ephemeral; going away at the blink of an eye. The coming fall has it's moments of glory  but it's followed by that most villainous of season, winter with its concomitant misery. But winter makes one appreciate spring and summer all the more. Here are two images of late summer shot with my iPhone.

This lovely hilltop town in Unbria is close to Assisi o it was a no brainer to stop there on our way to the more famous town. Needless to say it is a lovely place. We even found a Sicilian Caffè willing to make fresh arancine for us. The cannoli were heavenly.

This endorsement has nothing to do with the fact that I'm related to the Owner, Gaetano Camarda, but this is a wonderful place to eat, drink wine and enjoy the free WIFI. Wonderful atmosphere and delightful people.
