Penna Dutch int late day sun / Leica M-4

Image
A cart in the Pennsylvania Dutch area a few years ago. It's a Kodachrome II slide scanned with minor color correction to remove some magenta cast. The lens was the superb 35mm Summicron F 2 that I still use and enjoy.

Some subway / Nikon FTn

Image
This was an entrance to a subway station in Montreal. It was brand new then. I hope that the policies of inclusion have not led to a graffiti desecration. At any rate, the lens was the trusted Nikkor 35mm F 2.8, a gem.

High Line / E PL-2

Image
New York is a strange city. An area can lay abandoned for decades and then it can be wonderfully transformed. The high line, an elevated rail road right of way has been miraculously transformed into a wonderful area. There is a plethora of plants, wonderful places to sit and of course the great vistas. I visited it and fell in love. Here the 9-18mm Zuiko F 4-5.6 was used.

The St Anthony Feast / Leica M4

Image
The St. Anthony's Feast in Sullivan Street is one of the most interesting mix of types. Hippies, hipsters, ethnics and people from New Jersey. It creates a great laboratory to work as a photographer. The lens was the 35mm Summicron F2. BTW today is my name day..St. Rocco's day.

Interesting Parisian couple / Canon FT

Image
We are in Paris at the Touleries gardens. The original Agfachrome faded badly but the B&W conversion is quite nice. The lens was the Canon 50mm F 1.4 FL.

A camelia by any name.../ Canon 5-D

The Planting Fields arboretum is a great place to escape the winter. Here I used the Sigma Macro 50mm F 2.8 lens
