Photos for 5-24-10 Fuji S2 PRO

There are some cameras one should never part with. The S2 is was of them. The photos shown are JPEGS straight out of the camera with very little PP. The skin colors were absolutely gorgeous. Only the Nikon D1X came close but only when shooting RAW. Well, at the time I thought that 6 mega pixels were not enough; you know the story. It did have some real shortcomings such has poor focusing, slow react time and a kind of spongy feeling when one pushed the shutter, Yet it was capable, when the exposure was head on, to produce excellent results. These photos were shot at the Caristo Center run by Catholic Charities, my client, and Chinese New Year was being celebrated. I do not recall the Nikkor that I used but most of them are with the 24-85 F2.8-4. A nice lens.
