Thanks to all veterans on their day. This shot from long ago shows an old veteran in the reviving stand in Central Park in Manhattan looking sad at the poorly attended Veterans Day parade. Bear in mind that this was taken at the height of the Viet Nam war with all the dissensions that it created. I hope that things have changed somewhat today as we realize that their sacrifice has kept us safe, secure and able to protest.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
