I am back to ethnic photos because I work and live in a city that has an almost endless variety of ethnic groups. These Indian folk dancers were shot at an event held at a Catholic Charities day care center in Queens, New York City. To capture the action I used the Canon 1D II a sports camera that had very quick response.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
