Old buildings of Castellammare del Golfo
This place doesn't lack old buildings. In the original part of the city, some of the structures are actually built on foundations that go back to the fist millennium. Many have been fixed up many times. Many are awaiting further modernization as there's a renewed interest in returning to these areas that were sort of abandoned as people moved into elevator apartments in the new section of the town. this is gentrification Italian style.
