London news seller

I feel that this is a photo strong enough to be one of those "one is enough for a post" image.
Shot in the summer of 1969,  in London, the original Agfachrome 50 slide had such a strong magenta cast that I had to convert the image to black and white. It's actually better this way. I should have shot it in black and white but I had color in the camera. Today, with digital, this problem no longer exists.
I just love the feeling of tiredness, ennui and general detachment on the part of the seller who has sold a newspaper too many in his lifetime.
