New resolution leaders

Canon Unveils Two Amazing New EOS DSLRs, the 5DS and 5DS R

Canon_5DS_R_EF24-70_front_angles_1200.jpgCanon has just unveiled it's two new 5D-series EOS cameras. These which boast the world's highest resolution from any 35mm format DSLR. The 5DS and  3D R share the same 50-megapixel full frame CMOS image sensor that outputs  to two DIGIC 6 processors. The chief difference between the two models, other than the price, is that the 5DS R doesn't have a low-pass filter, for increased detail.
I still have and enjoy my original 12 megapixel 5D that suits me very well.
