A photographer has the responsibility to preserve a subject's dignity. One must engage the subject and never take surreptitious shots especially with long lenses. In this manner the subject's dignity is preserved or even increased. The conversion to Black and withe gave additional power to this image.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
