These photos were just shot in the old meat packing district of Manhattan. The area has undergone a revival on steroids and is now one of the city's trendiest. The Whitney Museum of American Art has just moved here into a new building. Needless to say the area abounds with places to eat, galleries and trendy stores. This is also the beginning of the Highline a wonderful place to visit and enjoy some respite from busy city life.

There was something right about the skin tones of the D 1-X. Only the Fuji S2-Pro did better. The Nikkor 35-135 F 3.5-4.5 was used.
