New York, has many famous bridges, alas there are really not enough bridges in this city, but some less known ones, can make nice images. This is the Hell Gate Bridge and was shot on a late summer night in 2005 while on a photo trek with my daughter, Jennifer Galatioto, a most competent professional photographer. It was shot from Astoria Park in Queens. This is a rail road bridge that spans the Bronx with Queens. The Triboro Bridge's span to Manhattan can be seen in the background. The camera was the Nikon 1 D-X.
