CES 2014: Panasonic has  just announced the Leica DG Nocticron 42.5mm F1.2 ASPH OIS, a very fast portrait prime for Micro Four Thirds. The lens, first shown as prototype  during the Photokina trade show in September 2012, produces an 85mm equivalent field of view, optical image stabilization, and, by far, the brightest aperture of any autofocus lens on the Micro Four Thirds system. The lens will be available during the first quarter of 2014 at suggested list prices of $1,599/€1,499/£1,29If you want fast, this one  is it.
